Quartz Hill Station - Shearers' Quarters

Located in a farmyard setting just one hour from Christchurch. Comfortable, yet rustic the Quartz Hill Station Shearers Quarters is sunny and warm and has everything you will need for a peaceful stay.
Well set up for families with plenty of space but also comfortable enough to accommodate large or small groups.

Open plan living and kitchen area with log burner fire makes a warm and cosy area to relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, two fridge/freezers and a dishwasher.
Large table and sofas ensure everyone can be seated.
There is a heat transfer system as well as seperate heaters in the bedrooms and sleep outs.
The North facing outdoor deck area is spacious with an outdoor dining table plus BBQ and gas bottle making life easy for guests.

The bathroom offers two toilets and two showers.

Sleeping areas are warm and private.
There are 4 bunk rooms each with 2x new king single beds plus a vanity. Heated towel rail, panel heater and luggage space in each room.

Then 3 separate sleep outs (10 meters from the main building), each with a new king bed.

Sleeping a total of 14 people.
All linen provided.

Plenty of parking space, room to move and beautiful views of the mountains.
Wifi and Sky TV.

Pricing:
$300 for up to 4 people per night
Extra guests $50 per head per night.
$40 per head per night for children aged 2-16 years.
Infants under 2 years, free.

By arrangement horse riding, mountain biking or walking can be done on the property (if suitable with current farm policies).
Extra $25 per horse/bike/walk per day.
