Quickenberry Vegetable CookbookSelwyn chef and owner of Quickenberry Guesthouse, Robert Koller, published his elegant Quickenberry Vegetable Cookbook in 2013. The book collects together his favourite recipes with vegetables developed throughout his cooking career. In 2015 the book won the 'Vegetarian category for New Zealand' in the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. Mr Koller runs Quickenberry Guesthouse on the grounds of Terrace Downs Resort with his wife Christine, specialising in gourmet evening meals and cooking classes for small groups.
