Hugh Burrows was a Lake Coleridge Village resident for 36 years during the mid 20th century and worked much of this time at the Coleridge Power Station and on farms in the area. He talks about the development of the Lake Coleridge Village community and living in the area.

Central Canterbury Farm Forestry Association representatives Graeme McArthur and Tony Tripp talk about the Harry Hart Arboretum in Lake Coleridge Village. Harry Hart was a Superintendent at the Lake Coleridge Power Station and his interest in trees and their forestry potential in New Zealand led him to also develop a significant arboretum (largely conifers) during his tenure (1923-1953).
